What hours are you open for business?

9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. All international orders must be prepaid and the shipping costs are as follows: $10.00 for the first book, $6.00 for each additional book.


When will I receive my order?

If you ordered an in-stock book or electronic media product, the order will be shipped within 48 hours. If we are shipping your order within the United States, you should receive your product within 7 to 10 days. International orders can expect delivery with 14 to 21 business days.

If you ordered an out-of-stock book or electronic media product, you will receive a backorder notification with an expected availability and shipping date.


Can I return a book?

We hope that you are always satisfied with the products you purchase from Demos Health. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you will benefit from our No-Risk Ordering Policy. All of our books are fully refundable, in resalable condition, within 30 days (USA only). Please call Customer Service at 1 (800) 532-8663 or email support@demoshealth.com with any questions. If you purchased your Demos Health book from a retailer, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.


How do I purchase a quantity of your books at discount?

How do I know that my transactions are secure?

The Demos Health website uses state of the art security, ensuring that sensitive information does not pass through unencrypted. In addition, Demos Health does not maintain a database of your credit card numbers.


What is your pricing policy?

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are also billed for postage and handling. We collect sales tax in Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania on book purchases except when a resale or tax-exempt certificate is provided.

How can I contact Demos Health authors?

Due to privacy concerns, we are unable to provide you directly with the contact information for any of our authors. However, if you send us your request, we will be happy to pass it on to the author, requesting that they get in touch with you. Please email us at editorial@demoshealth.com.


If I am a Review Editor or would like to review one of your titles for a magazine, newsletter, journal, or medical society, whom should I contact?

Books are available for review by recognized publications, websites, blogs, or broadcasters. Please submit your review copy request to Associate Publicist, Lucy Frisch, at lfrisch@demoshealth.com.

I'm a faculty member; how do I receive a desk copy for possible course adoption?
